5. The last type of an MP3 player I want to mention in this article is the MiniDisc MP3 player. MiniDiscs were created by Sony and are nothing else than smaller CDs that you can fit into your pocket. These are perfect for holding a lot of music without exploiting the MP3 player too much, because the music is is actually stored on an external disc.
